Our popular workshops are back these school holidays

Our popular workshops for kids are back these school holidays and we have a jam-packed program full of fun and engaging science activities!

Our popular workshops for kids are back these school holidays and we have a jam-packed program full of fun and engaging science activities!

Delivered by actual researchers from The Kids Research Institute Australia, each workshop sees a specific topic in science, health and research brought to life, through fun games, exciting experiments, and hands-on activities. This month, junior scientists participating in a workshop will get to grow germs on slices of bread, build a circuit to learn about the neurons in the brain, make a stethoscope to learn about healthy heartbeats, create a grounding box for self-care… and more!

Each workshop runs for 1.5 hours and costs $15 per child, with sessions suitable for junior scientists of various ages. All workshops include a guided tour of a real-life working lab and a chance for our budding scientists to learn from actual The Kids researchers who work in the field.

There are limited spaces available for each workshop, so make sure you secure your spots early to avoid missing out!
